Workshops and lectures are tailored to specific themes and needs of participants and are planned to coordinate with student's curriculum or organization's focus. Please make curriculum, theme, and focus available in writing prior to the residence or event.
With very large groups some participants may not get individual attention. This is balanced by everyone's group or class interaction with others present. The feedback participants get from one another in the gathered environment is a useful vehicle for understanding and integrating techniques and methods presented. Observation and mimicking are valuable tools for learning and both are encouraged in the workshop setting. |
